We want transparency to be the standard in car repair. Customers should see the repairs done on their car, and a service should be able to prove its work.

A dual camera system installed around the car lift, a custom hardware controller and an AI video analysis system that documents the work performed on every vehicle.

As serviceproof.ro describes it: the car is recognised by its licence plate and a digital job folder opens. The two cameras, one under the car and one in front of it, film the work hands-free, and the customer gets a link by SMS or email with the videos, the quote and buttons to approve it.

The public repository holds the presentation site, serviceproof.ro: React and three.js scenes in the browser, with a small FastAPI backend for the contact form. The code for the cameras, the plates and the video analysis is not public.

ServiceProof is installed and running in a large car service near Timișoara.
