05.3 ADMINISTRATIVO
ADMINISTRATIVO
Attendance, leave, payroll, health and safety, fleet and inventory in one account. Each company keeps its own data, apart from the others, its own roles and only the modules it needs.

- Role
- I build ADMINISTRATIVO with Răzvan Pervulescu, and we share the same role: we both write the software and develop the business.
Problem
A company with 5–50 employees in Romania keeps the daily working-time record the law asks for, approves leave, runs payroll, registers contracts in REGES-ONLINE, the Labour Inspectorate’s register, and keeps its health and safety (SSM) and fire safety (PSI) records, its cars and its equipment.
ADMINISTRATIVO puts all of that in one account, so people clock in from their phones and the month closes without spreadsheets.
What was built
It has 19 modules. People: attendance, leave, onboarding, courses, REGES-ONLINE (formerly Revisal), reviews and KPIs. Operations: health and safety (SSM and PSI), fleet, maintenance, inventory and IT ticketing. Finance: payroll, travel and per diem, and reports. Then announcements, the employee portal, and the platform itself: the organisation, roles and audit, and an AI assistant.
Four modules form the core: the organisation, attendance, leave and the employee portal. A company switches on any of the other 15 only when it needs them. People clock in from a QR poster in the browser, with nothing to install, and there are separate views for the owner, HR, the external accountant, managers and employees.
The data and files are kept in Ireland and the app is hosted in Germany. Every company’s data is kept apart inside the database itself, personal numeric codes (CNP) and IBANs are encrypted and every read of them is logged, and the audit log cannot be rewritten. The AI assistant can be switched off per company.
The site also says what it does not do: it does not file with ANAF, does not issue e-Factura or SAF-T, and its payroll is not certified software. The web app is built with Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase, tested with Vitest and Playwright, and shipped in Docker.
